Mule and Bean Coffee Van

Nicholas is an institution around Daylesford.  You will see his van at most events and at the Farmers Market on a Sunday.   Besides being a wicked Barista, Nicholas is a Musician.

Having grown up in the area and working in many hospitality venues around Daylesford for the last two decades, Nicholas Ellerby will be a familiar face. Nick made the move back to Daylesford in 2014 with wife, Sophia, and started a family, bought a coffee van and opened Hepburn venue, Blue Bean. He’s been operating his coffee vans and pop up bars since, delivering beverages and servicing the caffeine requirements at local sporting clubs, markets, Central Highlands Health and many events across Victoria.

Ice-cream Wagon

Walters 3460 is our local Lake Daylesford Café. For the NYE Parade Natasha, the owner, will be bringing her Ice-cream Cart to supply us with mouthwatering delights!
Natasha is another institution around Daylesford. Having worked overseas for many years, she has returned home and opened up Walters at the Lake, she runs a French Crepe Food Truck at the Farmers Market. Previously she has been on the Daylesford Foundation Committee and helped run the Good Grub Club.

Organic Sunrise

Daylesford Farmers Market regulars, Leah and her husband have been running their food van called Organic Sunrise since 1996.

“Our philosophy is simple. We are certified organic, both at the farm and kitchen, so our produce is organic and our food is made in our commercial kitchen at the farm. We use our own and other local organic farms produce. We pick up what we don’t grow from the local farmers markets we go to on Saturdays.
Richard makes all of our food from making the pastries for quiches and our famous samosas to all soups, sauces and other condiments. Nothing is bought! All juices are juiced on the spot and another favourite, our Icy Poles, are pure fruit juice”.
