Fun for kids

Fun for the kids this year will involve a new addition to the Gala: the CIRCUS WORKSHOP provided by NICA – a national not-for-profit arts training institute and registered cultural organisation, primarily funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Communications and the Arts. NICA is the only training institute of its kind in Australia and they are one of eight elite arts training organisations that comprise the Arts8, and members of the Federation of European Circus Schools (FEDEC).  NICA will have a Marquee where kids (and adults) can learn juggling (ribbons, flower sticks), hula hooping, plate spinning, and Diabolo.
