Nick made the move back to Daylesford in 2014 with wife, Sophia, and started a family, bought a coffee van and opened Hepburn venue, Blue Bean. He’s been operating his coffee vans and pop up bars since, delivering beverages and servicing the caffeine requirements at local sporting clubs, markets, Central Highlands Health and many events across Victoria.

Daylesford Farmers Market regulars, Leah and her husband have been running their food van called Organic Sunrise since 1996.
“Our philosophy is simple. We are certified organic, both at the farm and kitchen, so our produce is organic and our food is made in our commercial kitchen at the farm. We use our own and other local organic farms produce. We pick up what we don’t grow from the local farmers markets we go to on Saturdays.
Richard makes all of our food from making the pastries for quiches and our famous samosas to all soups, sauces and other condiments. Nothing is bought! All juices are juiced on the spot and another favourite, our Icy Poles, are pure fruit juice”.
