If you’re keen on giving back to the community but don’t want to invest too much time, we are looking for helpers for a range of small tasks at the event.
Float organisation
2x people to organise the floats lining up for the parade on Duke Street between 7pm-8:20pm
Tables and Chairs/Chill Out Zone
Setting up tables and chairs and helping set up Chill Out Zone from 5-5:30 pm then putting tables and chairs away 8:45-9pm
Kid’s Corner
2x people (will need Working With Children Check) from 5:45pm until 8pm (you will help out on the coconut shy)
Ute Pick Up
2x people with a Ute to pick up equipment / drop off equipment (4:45 – 5:30pm) then (9pm – 9:45pm) – this position will be paid due to using a car and petrol
